HRnet’s full and seamless integration with Microsoft® allows each employee in your firm access to the Personnel Database from a self service perspective.

HRnet is accessed through a web browser, from any desk, giving your employees the flexibility they need to take control of a whole range of personal tasks. Employees can request holiday, sickness, family and ‘other’ absences through the HRnet booking system, plus administer their personal training and their Personal Development Plan (PDP) complete with target and completion dates.
