Training and Development
HRnet’s training module consists of three core components – training records, training course and activity management, and the training record data is supported with education and qualifications records.
HRnet is supplied with the full English Law Society’s CPD scheme plus, firms are able to deploy an unlimited number of additional CPD schemes i.e. Scottish Law Society, US, European schemes, ILEX, CIPD, FCA etc.
In addition, the software also provides each user with a PDP, (Personnel Development Plan) which augments the employee’s training record giving you the ability to agree training objectives with Fee Earners and employees in advance, as part of their annual review.
